Does IRYNA ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Australia and New Zealand but we’re hoping to go global soon, so watch this space.


How much does shipping cost?

 

Australia

  • Online orders $10.95
  • Priority dispatch an extra $12.00
  • P.O Box deliveries $2.00 (This charge also applies during Free Shipping & promotions)

 

New Zealand

  • Online orders (Over $500.00) $5.60
  • Online orders (Under $500.00) $10.95
  • All Priority dispatch an extra $12.94

 

I’ve placed my order. When will my products be shipped?

Once your order is placed, it will generally leave our warehouse within a few days and be with you within 7 working days of leaving the warehouse . This applies for both Australia and New Zealand.

How can I track my order?

Tracking is provided to your email address. You will be sent an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. All orders are sent via Australia Post.

If you ordered via an Ambassador …

Your tracking number will be sent to them. Contact them directly to find out when your products will arrive, or if you have any questions about your delivery. To contact your Ambassador, check your email inbox. The contact details will be on your order invoice.

My package has arrived and it’s not what I ordered. What should I do?

Get in touch with our Customer Support Team, or if you've purchased with an Ambassador, contact them directly.

I’ve realised that I’ve put in the wrong delivery address, can it be amended?

Call or email our customer service team as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to re-direct your delivery. Keep in mind that your order may already have been dispatched, so be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order. Call us on 1800 802 151 (Australia) or 0800 403 503 (New Zealand).

Which payment methods can I use to make my purchase?

Credit card. We accept card payments via Visa and Mastercard.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Please check you have entered all of your details correctly, including your billing address - and double check your available funds.

 

Shopping with an Ambassador 

 

When you shop with IRYNA online you can order directly, or if you have been referred by an IRYNA ambassador, you can search for their details at the checkout. Once you have placed your order, they will be in touch to answer any questions you might have.
